RootScope Labs is a design and technology studio based in the Caribbean. We help governments and established businesses understand what people need, then design, build, and run the services that meet those needs.
our story
RootScope Labs started with a simple observation: most technology projects that struggle don't fail because of the code. They fail because nobody checked early enough whether the service would work for the people meant to use it.
Since then we've worked with public bodies and businesses across healthcare, financial services, transport, retail, and more. Every project teaches us something, and we bring those lessons to the next.
Our name reflects how we work: we get to the root of a problem before we build anything, then help what we build grow over time.
